View from kitchen window, closeup

Its tuesday morning, 8.30am, I stumble into the kitchen, brew myself a cuppa and gaze groggily out of the kitchen window...

There are 4 men sitting for no apparent reason on top of the neighbouring apartment block!

Why????

They were up there for about 30mins. I can only assume they were having a tea party, chatting a little about the weather etc. At least they were wearing hard hats, though you will notice there are no safety harnesses at all and my guess is that a hard hat may well protect their heads but it wont help their bodies much if they plunged the 20 something storeys down from the top of this building!

Talk about heart attack first thing in the morning!!
